I wanted to buy two mattresses from Sleep Country. It has a lot of choices and good brands. Don was a honest, experience sales representative . I was not sure what I wanted at the beginning. Don patiently guided me to select the correct one. I would highly recommend Don. P.S. Before I met Don, I went to other Sleep Country. I was almost convinced to buy a discontinued mattress. That sales representative only gave me three weeks for delivery. I hesitated and left. I then found out that the brand name of the discontinued mattress wasn’t on the website. My lesson was finding a honest sales representative was very important.

There was a small hiccup with the delivery and it ended up being delayed, but Richard stepped in and took exceptional care of me. Not worth the trip: staffs are friendly at first, but sarcastic if your preferred price doesn’t match. The service at this store started out great—the salesperson was polite, helpful, and even looked for lower prices. However, when we mentioned a lower price seen on social media, he became noticeably short-tempered. He could have simply explained if he couldn’t match it rather than reacting that way. It's so unprofessional. We stayed calm and left, but the next nearby Sleep Country location ignored us at the moment we stepped in (the employee saw us and stared at us for a while), likely due to what the salesperson at this location told his colleagues. Thankfully, we found the same mattress at our preferred price, along with a matching bed frame, at a different Sleep Country location. If you have a set budget, I’d suggest avoiding this store, as their attitude may shift if your price expectations don’t align with theirs. ----- * Response to the owner: Thank you for your prompt response. We dropped by to look at beds and James was so helpful that we bought our bed on the spot. We are so happy with our new new bed, thanks to James we now enjoy quality sleep ! Noraly
