Excellent service. Quick service, good price. Mechanic would let you know the technical issue in detail and give you the best advice of the fixing and on-going maintenance. They can speak fluent English and Chinese too.
Had a great experience at Automatrix yesterday. Their alignment was top notch, reasonably priced and they handled my 911 with great care. Best way to communicate is through Instagram or text Alic. I will be back!
Takes me an hour to drive to Ed but I've been going to him for alignments and minor issues for 2 of my past modified Volkswagens over a span of 4 years now. Always been a straight up mechanic and an honest business person. Won't do you in for something you don't need and provides a timely service. If you're a good enough customer he also tries his best to fit you in on short notice.
I don’t normally write reviews but my experience with automatrix definitely deserves recognition. I drive a cla 45 and had a check engine light. I decided to take my car to the dealership to get it fixed since my car was still under warranty. However the dealership told me because I had a muffler delete my warranty was completely voided, even though the issue had nothing to do with the muffler delete….anyways I had to pay the dealership $300 for the diagnostic only for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything. I was completely fuming and frustrated by the whole ordeal… I then decided to take my car to Automatrix and Ed took the time to do a complete diagnostic on my car. Despite the car being new and the problem being very complicated, Ed did the best he could and was able to fix the problem at a very reasonable cost… I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend automatrix to anyone. if you have issues with your car, do yourself a favour…save the headache of having to go to the dealership…or should I say “stealership” and just come here…you won’t regret it
I have been to Automatrix a few times now and have always had a great experience. They take care to make sure everything is done right and that you leave happy. Edward is a master at getting your alignment just perfect!
- Price is reasonable( labour: 90$ per hour) and fast service which shows how professional they are. -Some explanation were missed and some minor things has not done on my car which I have to give 3 stars for this establishment, otherwise it will get full stars.
Honest and hardworking bunch here. Ed took great care of my 350z and had gone well above and beyond of what j had expected of him. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for work on their car. I'll be back again for sure.
