I'll change this review once I get a reply. December 6th I placed an order. Got a confirmation email and that's it. No shipping information at all. It's a Christmas present and Christmas is less than a week away. What gives? I've sent you an email already earlier. Please respond to it. I would have come right to the store to pick up if I had realized it was an option and now I see on Google y'all are closed for the holidays.

Mat Metric – Suspicious Business Practices & Poor Customer Experience Just like others, I had a frustrating and shady experience with Mat Metric. I ordered a set of mats for my Honda Accord and was told that no payment would be taken until the mats were ready to ship. They also said they could only proceed if they had a scan of my vehicle. Weeks passed and I heard nothing back. When I followed up, I was shocked to learn that they had already charged my credit card $380—without any authorization and with no update on the order. Then they told me I’d have to drive to Markham to get my car scanned, even though this was never mentioned before. I asked for a refund. At first, they denied charging me, then suddenly agreed to a refund—but not the full amount. They kept part of the payment, claiming it was for tax or something else, which makes no sense. They also ignored my follow-up emails. Only after I threatened further action did they finally respond. Also, I noticed that all of their reviews are 1 to 6 years old—nothing recent, which is very suspicious. It’s as if they’re hiding behind outdated credibility while operating in a sketchy way now. This company comes off as completely unprofessional and not trustworthy. The whole thing felt like dealing with teenagers running a business out of their garage, not a legitimate company. Avoid Mat Metric. They’re dishonest with your money and offer no real customer service when things go wrong.

Very strange!] Back on April 2, I ordered a set of mats for my Mazda MX5 roadster. I was told at the time that no money would be taken until the mats were about to be shipped. However, they could only proceed if they had an existing scan of the vehicle. So, weeks go by and I have received no communications. I decided to make a phone call, only to discover that they have taken full payment of $305.10 from my charge card. He finally tells me that I would have to drive from Grimsby to Markham Ontario to have my car scanned because they didn’t already have one on record. I asked him to promptly refund my money. His initial response is that he hasn’t taken any money yet. But then he ends the conversation by saying that he will refund my payment. He sends me notification of the refund but it is only for $270, yet the total is $305.10. For some reason he has decided to keep the tax portion of my payment. I sent him an email requesting the return of the additional $35.10 and have received no response. There is something very strange (less than honest) about how this company operates. They acted like high school kids! I explained that I would take further action if the additional $35.10 was not immediately refunded. They responded quickly, but I won’t know for certain until I can verify the refund on my charge card statement.
I am blown away by the Quality & Attention to detail this company is the real deal when it comes to top level luxury floor mats end of story & also fitment for the most part is close to perfect just a tad bit off from oem but honestly overall worth every dollar. Really changes the interior look.
Worth every penny!!!! I bought mats for a 2010 Subaru sti and they look amazing. The quality is better than expected, they will definitely last a long time! With my order they included a few free gifts, car gadgets. Those were great quality as well. I also would like to add that customer service was amazing! I emailed one night around 9pm and they answered within the hour, very helpful and kind. I also liked that this is an Ontario based business as I love supporting local. Due to this these mats were on my door step in 2 weeks which was also great! I would definitely recommend these mats, if anyone is debating whether to spend the money or not I would definitely say again this product is worth every penny!
MatMetrics delivery a professional top level mat. Arrived early, packaged great, perfect fit for my QX50. I usually purchase a competitor product but these are superior.
