Ray is a down to earth guy speaks Chinese/English and offers service to fix phone, computers and TVbox. Great customer service from in store or on WhatsApp you can message him. Keeps his word on prices and was able to help when I had an issue. Will be back again for sure next time I'm looking for upgrades.
Ray is very responsive and transparent about his fixes. My iPhone was completely shattered and unresponsive and he understood I was very wary of all my data getting lost. He worked hard to find all the parts during COVID-19 to get the phone to work, but kept me in the loop of any concerns he came across. I got all my unbacked data back from the past 3 years. My family has also come to him in the past multiple times to get their MacBooks fixed, and they loved his service!
Although the data issue was initially unclear, and was not the primary reason for bringing in the phone, Ray kept at it until the problem was resolved.
