Chris was very friendly. I just needed to replace a few old switches, and he provided me with the professional and detailed suggestions. At first, I wanted to hire a professional electrician, but with Chris's help, I was able to easily do it myself and successfully replaced all of them. Good price as well.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. They often ignored customer concerns and suggestions, appearing impatient and dismissive. Communication was poor, with important information not shared in a timely manner, causing confusion and stress. Overall, the service attitude was terrible, making the experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
