I previously posted a one star review based on my experience with this store on Valentine's Day 2018. I put in that review that I was still waiting for a return phone call or email. I didn't get a return phone call or email, I phoned myself on Tuesday Feb 20th but this time I was able to speak to the owner in person. She did reverse my VISA charge on the first order which was never filled, as well telling me she'd personally delivered the second order of roses to my 85 yr old mother - something she personally didn't have to do as owner of the store. So, I've upgraded her review to three stars because of that extra touch in making sure my mother got her delivery even though it was a day late and there was so much mix up with my VISA charges. However, I still had to "chase" after her in the sense that she didn't return my phone calls or my email directly to her store email. So, that was not a highlight. OTOH, my mother says the roses are "lovely, huge, and still opening" and this is five days past when she received them. So, she's happy and I'm happy that she's happy with the roses.
Ann was awesome. I walked in off the street, asked for a bouquet for my mom's birthday, she asked me my price range and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way to surprise mom on her birthday. Great service, happy people. Happy customer.
The service was 5 star. I talked to Anne from US. explained what I wanted to have delivered to my elderly Mom for her Birthday, and few hrs later a perfect plant arrangement was delivered to her house with smiles and wishes! I would recommend Anne's place to all my family in Canada! Thanks Anne!
Ordered flowers at 10:30 am and delivered before 4 pm as I requested. The recipient said they were beautiful. Very good experience.
Terrible service, would not recommend the store at all. My mum ordered flowers from the UK as a surprise after I had surgery - my mum initially gave the wrong address but quickly sent an email correcting it the following day. It took them an additional 2 days to eventually deliver the flowers despite 2 emails and a phone call from my mum asking if they had been delivered. The display, which clearly was already a few days old, was not worth the $80 spent - it was supposed to be the 'Florist Designed Bouquet'. In addition there was no card attached and, when my mum contacted her asking why there was no card, she was told there was but that she would phone me and explain. However, I eventually contacted her myself 2 days later only to be told that the card must have fallen off and she would bring it round. I discussed with her what had happened but she was unwilling to take responsibility for the length of time taken to deliver or the missing card or the fact she had ignored my mum's correspondence.
