Was looking around for a florist to order flowers for Mother's Day since I have had bad experiences with a couple of other places decided to call to order two bouquet for Mother's Day. I had went on their website but couldn't find anything that was appropriate so decided to follow one of the reviews and to let them know what I want. All I said was I wanted a pink and red theme with roses and lily. When I went to pick it up a few days later, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the arrangement, the flowers included aside from what I wanted and the wrapping. The price was very reasonable as well considering what the final product was. Will be going back there again for any floral services. Highly reccomend this place
One of the best florist store at Markham. Not matter wedding or funeral ceramony they will provide professional opinion to their customers. Absoultely one of my 5 stars store at the community.
Sales Lady is super informative, very kind, and flowers are healthy but can be pricey
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had of buying flowers. I paid $50 for fresh cut flowers and usually when you go to a flower shop, they include baby's breath and leather leaf fillers as well as a proper presentation of the flowers. Instead I was told that if I wanted baby's breath I'd need to pay extra and when the employee was wrapping up the flowers he wrapped it up like a 5 year old wrapping a gift with lots of tape and newspaper quality wrapping paper. I informed him that they were a gift and I'd like it to be presentable, he responded and said that they would be taken apart anyways, plus I would have to pay for proper wrapping which should have been requested ahead of time. I asked if he could just put a ribbon around the bouquet and he said that he would have to charge extra. I would not have been so furious if it weren't for the fact that he was extremely rude and trying to charge me over a piece of ribbon. A real flower shop would be able to arrange a bouquet without having to call ahead of time. Utterly disappointed and would never recommend anyone. Loblaws has better standards than this place.
I bought a $50 bouquet yesterday and it was the most superbly wrapped bunch of very fresh flowers. Way better than any supermarket bunch. When I got to the store, the florist was not there so the guy took the order. I just said I wanted some white and pink roses and left the rest for the florist to pick. I got a beautiful bouquet of roses, hydrangeas, stock and some other flowers that looked so well together. Highly recommend this place.
