It feels weird to write a review for a funeral home. Going to a funeral is one of the worst things in one's life. What I will say is that the staff are empathetic towards all those who pass through their doors. There are also tissue boxes spread throughout so you'll always be within close reach of one. If you're not able to find a parking spot out front there are more in the rear of the building.
Beautiful facility, professional but caring staff, fair prices. This is the best overall funeral home I have visited in the GTA.Would highly recommend. Sagen and Caitlyn were both great.

I have attended Funerals at several Funeral homes in Markham, and I must say, none of them compared to Chapel Ridge. The facility at Chapel Ridge is absolutely beautiful, and the Staff are incredible. During a sensitive time, the staff here really know how to make a difficult process much easier on the family. From Top to Bottom this Funeral Home is 5 Stars *****.
