Placed an order and heard nothing for a week at which point they told me they didn’t have it in stock and after all that offered me a 10 dollar off coupon as compensation only after I left a bad review. Will absolutely never do business with this company again.
I recently placed two separate online orders for in-store pickup—one today and one a few months ago. On both occasions, when I went to the store to collect my order, I was told that it had been cancelled due to incorrect inventory. This has now happened twice, which is both frustrating and inconvenient. At the very least, I should have been notified after placing the order, instead of finding out only when I arrived at the store.

Had my entire set of clubs re-gripped. Pricing was competitive to Golftown and was completed in a timely manner. I got the Golf Pride Align grips which need to be installed perfectly for the club to feel square. Every grip was installed perfectly, I would highly recommend Greenfield Golf over other big box stores.

In this era of Amazon shipping, this outfit is way behind. I ordered a golf glove for a birthday gift. No update on the order and it was only when I reached out to them, I found out the glove was no longer in stock - 5 days later! Refund issued but now scrambling for another gift. How long were they going to hang onto my money if I hadn't contacted them first? Very poor...
