ALERT! I ordered roasted lamb here and got shocked how bad it could be.. compared to other locations. The lamb was dry and hard to chew. The patota was over cooked and tased very sour. I doubt it was already rotten before cooking. Wont come to this location any more.
I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy the Greek. The chicken I was served was undercooked and didn’t taste fresh. I politely asked if I could get a different piece of chicken or another meal, but the staff refused and said they couldn’t do anything about it. On top of that, the way they spoke to me was rude and dismissive. As a customer, I expected better food quality and at least basic courtesy. Unfortunately, I received neither. I won’t be coming back.
Horrible!!!!!! I asked for a little bit of extra gyro in my gyro meal because I didn’t get rice or potatoes only salad and they refused to and made me pay extra for more gyro on the side. At the Vaughan mills location they always have no problem putting a little bit extra gyro. After that they were laughing at me and my friend. Horrible experience.
This is my first order at this place, chicken was tender and juicy but the roasted lamb was a little bit tuff. Customer service is friendly overall experience is not bad.
The service i get every time i get lunch or dinner can’t be beat. it’s always a pleasure getting a meal from the team at jimmy the greek, and the food is by the best jimmy the greek i’ve had.
The food was pretty tasty. The service was amazing. Actually, my whole experience was very good. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way, was the tall man at cash. He was very rude to me, as a customer. All I wanted was a little more tzatiki sauce on the side, and he said it would be extra. Well , I can understand, we all have to make money, but at $4.60 extra, I thought it was highway robbery, for a little sauce in a very small container, like the size of shott glass. Also, I did notice he being rude to his employees, by belittling them in front of customers and raising his voice. This man needs to be talked to about running a business. Concerned customer
We often come here to eat in the mall, and even take out. Chicken souvlaki is my go to! Love it! I also get 2 chicken souvlaki’s on a pita for my son, he loves those - they don’t come with French fries, in case you were wondering.
