Was referred to this hair salon. Connie cut my hair. Must admit it was real good for the price margin. Definitely my new favour haircut place and will refer to others!
I made my appointment with Sam for hair cut and highlights. After waiting 10 minutes because he was no there, he came and sent me with other girl without experience. So rude and the girl left me more than an hour with the colour, washed my hair for 30 mimutes. Took me more than 3.5 hours all process. Even I do not like the result. I will come tomorrow to see what they suggest to fix it.
Such rude customer service. I went in for a consultation for how much it would be to dye my hair an ash blonde (I showed her a picture) and the lady didnt understand what I was saying apparently, giving me attitude and frowning at me and said she doesnt have time today (nobody was in the salon....I was the only one in there). I only wanted to know the price and then she said she doesnt have that hair color. Ok great, tell me that nicely but dont show me attitude for making an inquiry. Learn to properly speak to people lady.
Clean and nice place, friendly service, reasonable price and great job done!
Connie definitely has the skills. She is nice and just that she doesn't have a soft voice.
