Great experience! Hair wash and scalp massage was fabulous. The hairdresser was very friendly and obviously passionate about her work. I came in for a complete change of hairstyle and loved the result! Will definitely come again.
Dont ever go to this place. The main stylist ruined my hair. I went to her place because of the good reviews on google. I asked her to do highlights for my whole head and she couldnt do it. I stayed 5 hours to fix the mistake she did, and I went home around 5pm. My hair has colour damaged and looks like dead grass now. Her and her assistance complained about my dry hair. I have a normal hair, and didn't have a dry and damaged hair. The assistance cannot even use the the hair dryer properly without hitting my head so many times with the hair dryer. Yen complained my hair absorbs too much water , of cource it has absorbed too much water because they washed my hair many times and put chemicals to get the colour out. She also complained about my previous hair job havent done properly but Her job was the worst. My previous hair stylist did what I asked and she didnt damage my hair. I give 0 stars to this place.
My little sister recently got really bad burns all over her face and hair after a gas stove exploded at the beach. Her hair was in terrible condition and she really wanted to get it fixed so she came to verve hair salon after seeing all the good reviews and its true! The lady who helped her and her assistant fixed, cut and conditioned her hair so its now silky, soft and feels amazing. She said the lady who helped her was super nice and made her feel comfortable plus the result of her work was amazingly done. I'm very pleased with the result and would definetly recommend this place seeing how happy my sister was.
I came for the first time last month and was blown away by the amazing atmosphere and professionalism of Yen and her assistant. Yen was able to do in one appointment the color I have been asking my previous hairdresser to achieve for many years. She knows hair and really listens to you. I brought my kids too for crazy colors which they achieve with success. I have been talking about Yen and her assistant to everyone!!!
