there is one guy who works here that is cool, he's been working at this location for a long time. the rest ... a bunch of jerks, no customer service, they think their all tough guys and want to belittle the people who go there to buy stuff from the store. WAKE UP LADS ! Its not about you, its about the customers.
Store always is to busy to help out smaller accounts (even though there are 5 people behind the counter and only 1 other customer in the store). Save your time and drive to the head office on Bowes Road - they went out of their way to help me over there! I feel bad leaving a bad review, but this is my third incident at this location!
