Markham Industrial is great, every time I need a new tool I give Mike a call and he’s putting it aside for me before we even get off the phone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get new tools, the customer service and stock is unbeatable. Wonderful Company!
Didn't get service from them, but the people they employ are horrible! One their staff was driving a truck down Woodbine and cut me off on the road. When I was able to be at the side of him he looked at me, smiled and continued on. The fact that he was driving a small truck and acting reckless speaks volumes of the type of people they employ.

Fantastic service. I broke my drill bit while working on a job site on Saturday. I drive around and went to 5 different store looking for 3/8" SDS max drill bit. Markham industrial was the only store that had it. Thanks to them we didn't have to delay the job and potentially waste 2 other trades day.
Great store... they have everything including the simplest of stuff that big box stores should have but don't. Found a 9/16 in. Forestner bit that is the correct size for drilling the holes for the Ikea cam lock wheels. Both gentlemen on the phone and in store were polite and helpful. Definitely be back to buy more!
Awesome showroom and selection found everything I needed , service staff is knowledgeable and has friendly advice. Prices are competitive. Will be back again soon for my next tool purchases. Picked up a universal Milwaukee dust shroud and it worked on my Bosch grinder perfectly
Came here on a Saturday. Says they are open till 1PM. It's 12:15pm as I write this and they are closed. Very unprofessional. Definitely lost a sale and a customer. A number of other people were also seen parking and then leaving immediately.
