Their service is truly excellent. I went yesterday in to audition Wilson Audio Sasha, V and Sonus Faber Serafino. Mike was the one who helped me. his knowledge for equipment and love for music really left a great impression. you’ll quickly find that they’re not only selling gears, but to build lasting relationships with people sharing the same hobby. Plus, the range of brands they carry is phenomenal. It’s hard to not buy from them for the service and experience they provide. Five stars!

I've only really used the services of Audio Excellence twice and in both instances, the service was excellent. Before the pandemic, I bought a pair of Sonus Faber Olympica III's that had been reduced in price owning to the release of the Olympica III Nuvo. One of the staff was good enough to drive them to my house and assist wth unboxing and set up. About a year after I bought them, I noticed a gap between the top cap and the rest of the speaker cabinet on one of the speakers. I immediately contacted Sonus Faber via email and Audio Excellence and the ball got rolling in no time. As this happened during the pandemic, precautions were put in place, but all parties got on board to ensure a smooth replacement. I don't know the name of the Canadian distributor, but the guy there was fantastic, as was Sonus Faber in Italy and the rep in the USA. I was able to deliver the defective pair, and pick up a new pair (of the Nuvo at a slight mark up) and all is well. To say they have some nice equipment would be an understatement. Knowledgeable and professional.
I would like to at this time talk about my experience at audio excellence. I went in there on Tuesday to purchase a set of amplifiers the PS audio M.700s. At that time, only Adrian and Lewis were in the store. Lewis took my order and since they did not have them in stock, but they were at the distributors which was close by, Adrian jumped into his car and went over and got them for me personally. In the meanwhile, while I was waiting, Lewis and I talked about all kinds of things from music to our backgrounds, and also about system set up. He even took me on a tour of the exotica that they have in the store.( far out of my league in general.) I even had a chance at the end to talk to Adrian for a bit about our experience over the last few decades with high-end audio and how we both got involved with it. Overall, my experience there was wonderful and I will be back. On that subject, part of what I wanted to talk about was in watching one of Adrian‘s videos he mentioned in a kind way how some customers treat the dealers. After listening to it I was highly disturbed that people would act in this way, but from what I’ve seen and heard, Adrian seems to have the patience of Job. I personally do not understand how some customers can act the way they do, for to me a dealer on the level that audio excellence is, is something to be treasured. Though some people seem to feel that they are some kind of servant to their desires, and that they can wipe their feet on them, the opposite is actually true. An outstanding dealer like Adrian it’s not only something to be treasured, but can also be a teacher, guide, and mentor through the maze that can be high-end audio. As anyone who’s been involved with it seriously knows it is very easy to make mistakes in choosing equipment or even in knowing how to set it up properly. Much money can be wasted in this manner. But having a dealer like Audio Excellence cuts through all this and teaches us to appreciate through their guidance, the magnificent gift of music. Let’s face it if we wanted to buy say a high-end exotic car could we go to a dealer and have say a Ferrari in the same showroom with a Lamborghini and a Pagani and a Bentley so that we could test drive each one individually and compare them? This would be unheard of, but yet when it comes to this level of audio, this is exactly what we can do at Audio Excellence. So I say to all customers, treat them with the respect they deserve, listen to them, learn from them, and take home with you the gift of music that will enrich your life. I used to like audio excellence, but some how their after sale services are not high standards as a high end audio retailers. I have to draw the line at this point to continue to do business with them. As a loyal customer, the store worker not very helpful. Also not welling to help. I don't know if Adrian know about this?
