Markus and his team have been helping me for over twenty three years. Starting with one receiver to a full projector/processor/power amp set up he always recommends high quality products which are the best value for what I can afford. His installers are professional, courteous, and know what they’re doing. Keep up the good work!

I called Kennedy Hi-Fi and Markus came to my house and told me exactly what I needed…..No upselling, used most of my old system and made it work together! His workers are efficient, knowledgeable and hardworking. I should have used them from the start.

We have been dealing with them for years buying our home audio equipment. Marcus and Sean are amazing to deal with, always researching for us the best products best prices and answering our calls and e-mails promptly which is lacking out there these days. We just started using their guys Brian & Frankie for wire installation and we have now used them for the 2nd time. The are punctual, polite, explain everything, and do a clean neat job. I highly recommend them for both your audio equipment and wiring needs.
I decided to upgrade my home theatre speakers and based on positive experiences before I went to Kennedy Hi-Fi. Sean compared the specs of my current speakers with the ones I was hoping to buy and explained what I would gain and importantly what I might lose as I switched to on-wall speakers from floor stands. I appreciated his honesty. He then gave me a quote that was very well priced which is very important to me given that this is clearly a discretionary purchase. After the theoretical assessment, Sean replicated my system with the new speakers at the store so I was able to listen to them and make sure it was worth the upgrade. The new speakers were amazing so I purchased them and I am really enjoying them. I highly recommend Kennedy Hi-Fi.
Have spent thousands of dollars with this business and have common friends with the owner Marcus. Called them to get pricing on various projectors 2 weeks ago and spoke to Sean who advised he will get pricing and call me back. He didn't call so I followed up and got Marcus on the phone who quickly passed me back to Sean. Sean quickly told me he didn't have the info and would call me back. Two weeks have passed and not responding to an inquiry for purchase from an existing customer is pretty bad.
The man working there was amazing. Super nice and helpful. He also knew everything, he was able to answer any questions I had. From price ranges, to how they worked, the man at the counter knew everything. The stuff at the store was high end, with the top speakers, and turntables. The selection was crazy for such a little store. I would highly recommend if you are looking for home theater equipment, speakers, and turntables.
