NOT a typical Home Hardware experience. Poor service. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked where a product was located. A strange reaction considering their aisles are labeled incorrectly. No fasteners were in the "fastener aisle". No eye contact, no welcome, and no thank you for my reluctant purchase. I will avoid this store.
So, you cant go into the lumber yard, so you cant view the products you need. You take a leap of faith, its the wrong thing when you go to return, they cant process the return at the desk. Honestly, dont bother, go to the bigger store just down the road.
I ordered an item online for the first time, and was given a date for pick up. Before the date of pick up came, they cancelled my order and did not give a reason for doing this!. Never ordering from this store again!!!!!!!!!
Best place to get building supplies in this area of the city. I see a lot of people complaining about the workers being “rude”. These people must be looking for a stick to get hit with & then acting shocked when they do. The workers (in the loading yard especially) were extremely nice, friendly, joked around, smiling. Solid dudes who loaded up my shipment for me & looked like they enjoyed their jobs. I’m not Chinese & they treated me no differently than a Chinese person. Great vibes. Will only be going here from now on when I’m in this area working.
Horrible, these people are rude to their customers. I almost felt like a inconvenience to them. While waiting to pickup my order in the back I was standing in a cloud of cigarette smoke from workers standing around. No wonder it took forever to get my order they were all smoking and giggling in a foreign language, very rude. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.
Staff speak English Cantonese Mandarin.Prices are the best for sure. Also they have someone who can help to load products to your vehicle, which is really helpful
I tried to make a special order at the counter. I was looking for the specific model of the specific brand but the guy at the counter wanted to order another brand. To my question why wasn't he doing what I was asking he said "it does not matter".I ended up going to Home Depot where I eventually placed my order and paid less.
A lot of amazing marble sections. They have been adding new selections and the prices are really cheap. Will recommend to people who is looking for affordable and good quality supplies for construction and home renovation.
Found some hard to find materials here. Good prices and excellent service. The person who helped me really saved me a lot of money by taking the time to explain how to change out a part instead of me having to hire a handy person. I was able to do it myself!
