I was in last night and the manager that works there is very rude,and so unfriendly. Even the guy at cash had to ask her a question and apologized saying I know your busy. Nobody was in the store but me. Customers should be first priority not organizing your shelves. I will not be walking in there again.
Sales person Somi who falsely introduced herself as the manager is very unprofessional. An item that was not final sale she refused to return the next day. Unfortunately there is a big lack of preliminary customer service at this location.
Worst customer service ever! I bought a masher one week ago for my chef but he said it’s not the right one. When I am trying to return, the cashier said it’s been used because of the finger print…AND she said under my phone number there is a note shows that I was trying to return a used product before…I NEVER DID IT! She rejects to provide me the details also. WARNING! Do not register your phone number with them! It’s not safe!
I always passed by the store but never took the time to go in until last week. I was on the hunt for a food jar and stumbled upon a great deal that caught my eye. The variety of products available is impressive! While I did notice that some prices were higher than at other stores, the selection made it worth it. I spent a quality 45 minutes exploring the aisles, and I truly appreciate the experience of browsing in a physical store. There's something special about seeing items in person and getting a feel for them before buying.
Had the requisite stuff for your outdoor picnic needs. Bought some serving trays with the handle to use on the patio. Staff were very friendly and they observed social distancing protocols very well
