THESE GUYS ARE SO TERRIBLE. MY FIANC WAS TOLD SEVERAL LIES BY THEIR STAFF. BUNCH OF MONEY GRAB USELESS PEOPLE. THE CLINIC SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE. 4 TIMES SHE WAS TOLD DIFFERENT STORIES AND THEY WERE ALL LIES. THEY TOLD HER THEY SENT UP A REFERRAL FORM TO SEE A SPECIALIST AND JUST LIED ABOUT DOING SO. TOOK HER IN CIRCLES AND THEN TOLD HER SHE HAD TO COME SEE THE DOCTOR AGAIN (PROBABLY A MONEY GRAB). MY FIANC NEEDED HELP AND WAS JUST DISRESPECTED DUE TO ADMIN NEGLIGENCE!! DO NOT GO HERE!!
System was quick and easy. Dr. KO was very friendly and helped me with all my concerns.
Tried calling a day ahead to ask when their hours were because I needed blood work done for a yearly checkup. The lady said I would have to call in the morning to see which doctor is in (not sure how they didn't have some sort of chart when who was working.). So I asked when they were open tomorrow for me to call. "you have to chalk tomorrow to find out." gave up because I cannot even get the basic information of when the office opened, the maps page doesn't have it, and their website will not change from Ottawa. Went the next day at 10, nothing opened, passerby said they don't think their clinic is open on Saturday(phone lady could have told me that) TL:DR if you walk in and they're there it's all good, but front desk can't give you the basic information of if they're open the next day
Today was my last day coming to this place... if I could give 0 stars I would... did a Breast ultrasound in Feb...waited for several weeks to find out what is wrong with my breast...still no follow up call as I was told results will be sent to Dr in 3-7 days... waited and still no response after 1 month had to call and schedule my own follow up...was given a date which was Good Friday by call center... reaffirm with Rep if date given was correct she stated yes Dr will be working...was not confident but by my surprise...received a call the Thurs Dr is not working due to holiday...not surprised was given a date 2 weeks later...a days after confirming call...received an email I must schedule a follow up apt with Dr Tohme...absolutely ridiculous... this place has lost my commitment as a NEW PATIENT...to make it even better my apt was April 24th at 9:30 am...arrived at 9:12am signed in...by 9:25 Dr came running in while 6-7patients waiting from 8:30am...this is getting better...I was in waiting area for 1hr...at 10:30 called into room...waited another 20min...this is a recurring issue....NEVER RECOMMENDING!!
Dr Khan is my daughters pediatrician and she is amazing. Dr Ko is our family doc and he's also amazing . The staff is so well organized and appointments are on time
