The most unprofessional imaging clinic I have ever been to. From the front desk staff to the technicians. Very upset with the service they provide here. Front desk staff, are disorganized and picking up calls mid conversation with me. Not excusing themselves from the conversation. Desk area is a mess. The office staff handed me my requisition and asked if that one was mine. It was... but what if that was someelses he had given me by mistake with peoples medical information. He could have collected my information in a more professional manner. There was also a staff memeber taking his break behind the desk drinking a coffee. Please use your staff room for that. Also the technicians clearly dont enjoy their job... no smile, dont properly direct you throughout the office to the room. It gets worse they are rushing you throughout the appointment and minimal instructions Honestly Id rather wait hours at the MSH imaging center then to go here. There needs to be more regulation at these places that provide imaging services to patients.
