I saw many reviews that this facility is old and not recommended but chip. Price wise, it's pretty similar to other places and as other review mentioned, its old facility and need some improvement for sure but ok place for hitting a few shots for a short time, but yes. its old and the screen/system time to time does not recognize your ball and some balls are broken too but overall, ok.
Sorry to say but it was a pretty poor experience. Sensors seemed off and inaccurate, mats were just so worn down that it made hitting with irons more difficult than other golf sims. Hopefully these issues can be addressed soon
Horrible golfing place. This place is basically falling apart. The management and stuff have horrible response time and barely do anything to be honest.
The door doesn't work. We made a booking, received the email that unlocks the door, but no luck in having it open. the booking was after 10:30pm and the support line was after working hours
Awful experience, their software did not work whatsoever, even after I followed the instructions to the letter on how to proceed. Even after exiting and restarting multiple times. The rubber tee provided was also broken to the point of being literally unusable. Their customer support line did not answer me after calling 3 times regarding the software not working at all, and receiving an error. Would never recommend this to a friend after this. I would like a refund.
Top notch customer service! I had some logistical issues on my end which forced me to have to rebook my sessions, not once! Not twice! But thrice!. Kyle, who is an absolute gent, made rebooking a breeze while upholding some of the best customer service I've experienced. Already loved having Target Golf as my go-to spot for some SIM sessions - this experience reassured my business with them. Cheers & Thanks again Kyle!
Originally we were having issues as left handed golfers (my group) with their sensors. They said they would fix the sensors and call us to come back for free or refund our money if they could not fix it. Owner has contacted and are returning for a second try. Overall they were friendly and did great accommodating us and not should have a system to work well for both left and right handed golfers. Good facility
