This place is so wack. Booked a bay from 1:30am-2:30 am and could not get the damm thing to work. It keeps saying no device connected. Called the customer support number 15 times and no answer. Stay far away from this place.
Had a great experience at Speedy Golf! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with high-quality golf simulators that are both accurate and easy to use. The environment is perfect for both casual practice and serious training. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Booking was simple and the prices are reasonable for the value you get. Definitely one of the best indoor golf spots in the area — highly recommend it to golfers of all levels!
This place is fantastic—very accurate simulators, clean, spacious, and well-decorated, unlike some others I’ve been to. Easy to book, and the overall experience is excellent! I accidentally left my 7-iron there the other day, and the owner kindly picked it up, kept it safe, and returned it to me. I'm really grateful for his help. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a golf simulator
Speedy Golf has really gone down hill. We have been coming here regularly and I’ve noticed as the months go by the place starts to get worst and worst. First it was all the trash that was left from previous nights (we come in the morning). The mats are now worn out and have dips in random spots. The WORST of all is their customer service. Out of the last 5 weeks we come to play 4/5 of the times we have had issues with the tracker. Usually they pick up in like 5 calls but for some reason today (Sun Apr 6) they are refusing to pick up the phone, return text messages, not answer their social media. We got here just before 9am to set up our bay and it is now currently 9:48am and we still have not heard from anyone at Speedy Golf. Our bay (#3) still remains unplayable and we have paid for 3 hours. We are now forced to pay for another bay without knowing if we will ever get in touch with customer service and get a refund back for our other booking. I’ve been to numerous golf sims and nothing like this has ever happened. I have always been able to reach customer service and they would be able to fix the issue right away and then they offer to give you additional time for taking up your time. That to me is great customer service, something you will NOT find here at Speedy Golf. So save your time and play elsewhere.
Booked for 9am-12pm on a Sunday. Simulator was not picking up the ball in the hitting area no matter what we tried. 16 phone calls with no answer and no response to text messages. Received a call back an hour later. When the sims works it’s a great place. When it doesn’t supports is extremely hit and miss. Too bad it’s more often a miss Sunday mornings.
EDIT: Billed me for a full year with no notice, refuses to refund the unintended renewal despite notifying them immediately the day it happened. Place has gone downhill since it first opened Really good, new and clean with high end launch monitor equipment. Only recommendation is that the owner provides an FAQ on how to replay the swing camera since it disappears quickly
Such a perfectly maintained place, the softwares are amazing and the mats feel really nice to hit off of. Has nice seating when waiting in between turns, and very clean washrooms. The website is very user friendly and the lighting inside is phenomenal, my only concern is I wish they had water bottle vending machine and I wish u were able to play with more people per sim like 3-4 people
