Great overall experience. Came with a party of 4. Entry was easy and worked right on time. Private bays were great to host a small party. Simulator worked perfectly. Customer service responded very quickly to resolve any technical issues. Highly recommended.
Previously, I’ve provided a review and deleted it afterwards out of goodwill, thinking that the merchant has reconsider their position, but it appears that they did not. My wife and I are both first time in golf with no experience, and we see this location is quite convenient to our dinner plan. Arriving at the venue, we have no knowledge that equipment is not complete, we were unable to use the facility because of the lack of golf club. We rented the venue for around 40 dollars. We are unable to rent or carry golf clubs and therefore asked for a refund. (Which is pretty much double the rent of the venue) We never used the venue nor stay behind, all other lanes are clear. The owner refused and used terms such as “The disparage comments” and “Your negative review is just simply out of your inability to read” We are simply not made aware of it and have no any idea how this worked. The blame should not be placed on the customers especially for only 40 dollars We have never had such a negative experience to any merchants before in any industry. Very rude and disappointing business to treat customers in this way. The case is already forwarded to the bank and provincial third-party for their review. If you’re looking for a golf course, there are a lot better ones in Markham with much higher rating.
Came back after a year. The place seems to be worse than I remember, the screen looks like 3 canvases patched up together, swing cam is low quality and hard to see with only one view ...
I never write reviews, but I felt the need to tell people my experience here. In all I would say, there are DEFINITELY better places you can go if you want to have an actual good time. I came here with my friends, and had troubles with this "remote" system before even golfing. Door didn't open so we were sitting waiting for someone to pick up the phone (horrible customer service). The simulator itself was also disappointing. Sensor problems, screens are all ripped up, and trash scattered from previous golfers. Won't be coming here again and I recommend you not to either and find a half decent place.
Not great. I try to avoid this simulator unless better ones in the area are all booked up. Bays are small, ceilings low. The software is not very accurate and/or needs to re-calibrated in some bays. I was hitting 50 yards extra with nearly all my clubs fairly consistently. There's one tee height they offer. That said, it's always been clean and they do also offer private bays which is nice if you have a group.
Would not recommend any golfer to attend this location. It's an underground establishment meaning low ceilings with pipes running that get in your way on your follow through swing and damage your clubs. It would be wise to let people know before booking that you have pipes running through the bays affecting your swing so I'm doing it here to help other golfers know.
Good barebones golf sim. Two things that knocked down the star rating: 1) not much behind the screen... Seems like a plywood wall with a sound that's a bit jarring at first, 2) only one tee height available. Tee was a bit high for me with no alternative.
