If you go to this Michael Hill, be sure to ask for Michelle L. She is absolutely amazing! We got an engagement ring custom made and she worked with us over the span of a few weeks before we made a final decision. She worked really hard, looking for the perfect loose diamond within our price range but also with an amazing qualities. She listened to everything we wanted and more. I just felt very appreciated in her care, I've never met an employee like her. She even offered to come in on her day off to show us the diamond because of our schedule! She made the experience so wonderful and fun. Thank you again Michelle L!!

Ask for repair of the bracelet and receive a call said that it was ready. Well, we went there and wait for 10min to have someone to help us. That was fine, because there was quiet busy. We got the bracelet and signed the confirmation, and until this point, the manager Cynthia didnt say anything about the bracelet. She left to serve other customer and we opened the bag to check. Well, it was not fixed at all!!! We asked her and she said yes, it is not fixed. I was like, what? Why didnt you tell us before you asked me to sign? And we were there waiting for any further actions because the bracelet was still under warranty!! She kept saying they cannot fix it they cannot fix it then what!?? What should we do? She said she would check the details for me, and went away. I waited for another half hour, and recognized she was not helping us at all!!! She was serving another customer came after us!! Fine! We waited for another 15min, she was there to check and said she could offer me an exchange. I asked her what the amount was that I could exchange. She kept ignoring my question, and never tell me the actual amount!! We were so angry and asked for the details that she was supposed to explain to us clearly! She asked someone else to help us, called Vicky. Vicky was nice and helped us a lot. After we spent another one hour trying to figure out the exchange policy and something else to exchange. They told us, sorry the system usually take sometime to deal with this. Wow! What the hell? Then why didnt you check the system an hour ago, when we said we wanted to do exchange!!!Finally, we have to reschedule another time next week to come again!! We did nothing and our bracelet was not fixed at all, after spending two hours in there, dealing with the rude manager!!Totally not acceptable, waiting for their head office manager to call me back!! Hope to give zero star to this location, that manager is totally not acceptable in the field of customer service. She didnt even smile at us, and what she was doing was just tying to leave the responsibility to the others, to the customer!!Will update next week!!
