Ridiculous Return Policy and Bad ServiceThe return policy is ridiculous. Don't buy Swarovski as gifts for your friends. I try to return a gift from a friend in original package and a gift receipt. It does not allow for cash return. It only allows for exchange and store credit. Hello? Also, the earrings are final sale... the return period is only 14 days. After that, nothing you could do. 1st, return period is super short. 2nd, no cash return even with gift receipt.AGAIN, don't buy anything from Swarovski for your friend. If your friend don't like it, he or she is screwed.Also, the membership is pretty useless. It lures me to sign up for membership because of the free birthday gift, turns about it is with purchase. Swarovski has sales twice a year. Unfortunately, my birthday does not fall into those months.
