Almost four weeks ago, I contacted Mike to use the credit I was issued in lieu of the return of my deposit for work I canceled. I disputed the new estimate and requested to speak with management to also challenge the circumstances leading to the issuance of the credit. All my requests to speak with management have been ignored even with the knowledge that my credit doesn't expire for another month.
I did my kitchen renovation with RFS remodelling and I am truly impressed by the quality of cabinets and countertops and the whole team was professional and efficient. Everything was smooth and on time. Highly recommended
Last year we renovated our kitchen with them, Mike made us sign a paper so he can give us back our deposit . This year we got our sink clog an another party told us that the sink connection was illegal, try to contact Mike and the company and we were complety ignore.
Our kitchen renovation was done in time as expected. All the guys who worked on this project are polite, respectful and friendly. Also, they did a good cleanup after every workday was finished. Amazing job!
the beat company for all in one remodeling . we did 1 kitchen and 3 bathroom . Mike is great . very organized.. Tracy is the best . we spent over$ 200 000 . the process was seamless and the project was done on time . we compared 3 prices and they qhere the best for the value. call them . highly recommended
I live in scarborough. I made and appointment and they where able to give me an appointment that was flexible as I am in healthcare are i work odd shifts. I ordered my whole kitchen to be renovated which included flooring , cabinets countertop, backsplash , design and lighting . the work was done impeccably. I was not over budget and the work was completed on time as promised. There where a few issues that needed attention. Upon inspection all the issues where pointed out and was remedied very quickly. The workmanship and product warranty is really good. Financing was good and I am planning to do my bathroom and I will call them in 2 months . I would recommend this company. I sincerely thank Mike and Tracy and his the team for such a wonderful job .
My impression was that the agent who came to our house was snot professional. It was not easy to get the agent for consultation as he kept fixing appointments and cancelling. giving excuses like, 'my car broke down.'When he finally showed up, he kept decreasing quote by a thousand dollars. did not inform us about a fee of $220+tax until we decided not to go forward with flooring project. He now kept a part of our deposit. I wish it was possible not to give them a star. No, i will not recommend them.
