This library is one of my favourites as a student. It’s very quiet and provides space for doing work and reading. I recently had a few exams and needed a proctor to supervise me them. This service was very quick and easy to book for an exam, and not to mention everyone working in the building was so nice and kind to me. I will definitely be back as this is my favourite library in the area!
Modern, spacious, and quiet. The building is well-maintained and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The only downside is the parking—spaces near the entrance are often full, and there’s no dedicated parking for expectant mothers or families with babies, which would be a helpful addition.
Very nice and cozy library for work or study. Many desks and couches for casual reading or if you simply want some focus time for work. There are study rooms you can book online apparently (yet I haven’t tried and would like to leave it for students) I just love the architecture here. Love the wooden structures and natural lighting.
I love this library . IT is big and roomy and have lots of books and sitting area but it is so noisy !!! It is supposed to be a quiet space for people to read. But now is like a social.gathering , chit chat place, and the folks that work in the library dont seem to care to tell people to lower their voice. Very frustrating !
My wife and kids came to drop off some books at this location and was in a rush. Line up at the machine so she went to the counter to have them scanned. The lady at the counter rudely told my wife that she will not scan them, and if she must leave the books with her, she will toss them at the back for a later scan. Terrible service.
good selection of books, helpful staff, clean environment. If you want to study or read, just know that it can be a bit loud, its not as quiet as a typical library would be. But there are private rooms available that you can book if you need.
I like the selection of kids books and magazines. Children programs are useful - STEAM, public speaking.
This library has great facilities and it is very clean. I would rate it 5 but the only downside is all the kids sections, teen section and rooms for group activities are not isolated from the rest of the library, as result the noise level is extremely high. Unless you have a noise cancelling earphone then this place is not ideal for study or research. All of the private rooms are small that can only facilitate 3 to 4 people. Suggestion: build more private rooms with noise cancellations to accommodate those who needs them.
NO water fountain! Kids get thirsty soon...Great staff and good space. Needs some improvement to organise the books and computers better. I had problem going a catalogue computer...
Sometimes gets really noisy, so make sure you have earplugs or earphones (especially if you are on the ground floor)
