I'm really happy with how my hair and make-up turned out for my wedding day. Betty did an excellent job and she even gave me a small lip kit for re-applying my lipstick. The morning went by seamlessly and she even finished before the allotted time so I did not feel rushed and had plenty of time to change. Highly recommended!

I booked Bridal Secretary for bridal trial and wedding day hair/makeup. My eyes are quite sensitive (and I don't typically wear makeup), and Betty made sure I was comfortable and relaxed as she offered me choices for eye liner / eye lid tape / mascara / fake eyelash. She was so gentle and patient, and listened to my preferences while encouraging me to try different looks and hair styles. I had so much fun during the makeup trial and could not have been more happier with my experience! On my wedding day, Betty was so organized and did a wonderful job, for myself as well as my parents. Betty and her assistant were truly professional and dedicated, and I'm grateful that she made me feel so beautiful on my special day :)

For my engagement photo session, she did a trial for my wedding and then seamlessly revised my look to suit my vision for my engagement photo session. She is so organized, keeping track of the many emails I sent her with different adjustments and inspiration photos as the months went by. I appreciated her quick responses! The day of my wedding, she made sure to tell me every step of her hair and makeup preparation, which was so helpful and nice to know! She also checked-in frequently throughout the process, and made the small adjustments requested without hesitation. My hair and makeup lasted the entire day and night! I was sooo happy that I got Bridal Secretary as our make up and hair for the day. I requested for Betty to be my MUA and hair stylist and I couldn't be happier. First time I met her, I already know she is experienced, detailed oriented, and professional. Most importantly she is super friendly and always try to put her brides as her top priority even with her busy schedule! She did an amazing job using fresh flowers for my hair up do, and also she made my eyes look so much bigger! Not only did she do my hair and make up, she even went above and beyond by making sure my dress was fitted correctly, and that I looked perfect before I walked down the aisle! I got a lot of compliments from everyone about my hair and make up! I had a big bridal party but her team was able to get everyone completed on time!
