I want to get some rack of lamb for a depressed family member to cheer the person up. Rack of lamb is over our budget, we eat only once every several months. A friend recommended this store to us. However the rack of lamb I got is very different from the rack of lamb we always got. It is tougher, less fat in the meat with lot more bones. One side is much smaller than the other side. I got the same cut from another store with much cheaper price than the ones normally get. They told me 50/lb first and later on lower the price to 40/lb on their own. When i get home and see the meat looks strange and called them hope to return. I was told some parts need to be removed to make it rack of lamb. I trusted them until we eat the meat. There is no amount of cutting can make it the same as the rack of lamb I get from other stores. That person I was trying to cheer up was disappointed so am I.
They guys in butcher shop are are extremely knowledgeable also they are serious some people think they have attitude i forgot the gentlemen name was a younger guy he knew exactly what i was looking for for also their pre made kebab meat the most delicious
It’s interesting to see the latest review describe the exact same experience I had today. The butcher was not only rude but also unprofessional, showing no courtesy or basic communication skills. It’s truly disappointing, as they once used to offer decent service. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I won’t be returning.
This meat shop is one of the best that I have done my shopping from. The staffs are very professional, helpful, and friendly. The quality of their products, specially their meat section is very good.
I have been a customer at this supermarket for two years, but I will not be returning. The way the meat shop treats customers is disrespectful and seems to depend on how much meat you purchase. If you buy more than 5 lbs, they provide better quality meat; otherwise, they do not. This unfair treatment creates a negative experience for customers.
These guys know the meat better than anyone else in GTA in my opinion. Used to shop somewhere else but switched to them 2 years ago. Always fresh meat and great customer service.
Customers be aware..... If you buy something mistakenly, they don't return or exchange. I just bought a pack of tea. Never opened it. When I came to exchange it. They made an excuse that cashier who returns stuff is not in and I have to come back another day. Also their meat which was already packed in their freezer and I bought another day was not fresh at all. Also they are closed after 8 pm and closed after 2 pm on Sundays.
