Dr. Esfandiari was excellent on my first visit with my dad as my comfort companion to discuss and give all information from scratch when its a new family doctor with no previous medical history records from me. Since that day been asked to get and done all my test from LifeLabs centre on Dec 3rd, I haven't gotten call for follow-up appointment and if she has received my lab test results yet to review them.
The day I first visited Dr. Katayoun Meradje, she listened to me with a level of patience, wisdom, and compassion that I will never forget. My blood sugar was dangerously high and completely out of control, and she immediately took my situation seriously. She referred me to one of the best surgical teams in Toronto, and they performed the SADI procedure for me. Dr. Meradje is not only one of the most knowledgeable physicians I have ever met, but every specialist she refers her patients to is truly exceptional. I can honestly say that without her and the decisions she made for my care, I might not be alive today. I am forever grateful to you, Dr. Meradje — and I truly appreciate and love you.
Location is great for us but you wait a long time as walk in. Like you expect to wait...but not over an hour. If you need to go to a walk in for a workplace injury even mild. Don't bother they don't have an account with WSIB and you'll pay a lot and not be reimbursed.
One of the essential characteristic of social behaviour for a professional practitioner is to be humble and polite towards the patient. Unfortunately, although Dr. Dastmalchian has obtained his license, but he has lack of ethics. He has visited me for few minutes to diagnose my toenail and said that I have no choice rather than pay $500 for one side and another $500 for other side of my right toenail without any other treatment.
I would highly recommend Dr. Katayoun Meradje who has been my doctor since I moved to the area. She has always been so kind, caring, compassionate and supportive throughout all of my visits. She has also been very helpful whenever I have had questions about my medication. I appreciate that I'm always able to get quick appointments and that she is open to any questions I have. Highly recommended!
Dr. Dastmalchian always makes sure that i get all the check ups, and my tests up to date. He doesn’t waste time and I can feel his compassion towards his patients. Thank you very much doctor for taking good care for my whole family:
just got off the receptionist. the worst experience i've ever had. -updated 7.29.2020 Hi Manager, so nice of you to ask how my experience was two years ago at Medical Center. Unfortunately, its been close to 730 days since my call with the receptionist so i don't recall the details but i do know that i tell all my friends never to go to your establishment. Sorry i couldn't help much. However, from my professional experience, when i hire and onboard a new employee at work, i emphasize the importance of being willing to help others. This is something i imagine your past receptionist lacked. Have a great day!
