I’ve been a registered patient at Medione Medical Centre since October 2024, and my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Today in January, I tried to make a reservation with my family physician—whom I’ve seen three times in the past three months—and was met with outright confusion and incompetence. The front desk receptionist, TIFFANY, bluntly told me that I wasn’t considered a registered patient, despite my completed enrollment forms and multiple visits, and even insisted that I visit another walk-in clinic. It’s utterly unacceptable that a medical centre would mishandle patient information to this degree. With no clear explanation or any contact details for upper management, it feels like they’re deliberately avoiding responsibility. If you’re considering this centre for your healthcare, think twice before trusting their organization or customer service.
The receptionist named Connie has an arrogant and unprofessional behaviour. Because of her I went through a lot of stress. She messed up the time of my appointment that we discussed and wrote me an incomplete address of the clinic that I should go to.I was in that address but I couldn’t find the clinic, outside in the cold with my son 5 years old I called her to ask for help for the correct location of the clinic and her answer was scandalous telling me you are late and the appointment has been cancelled, while I was correct with the time of appointment we spoke together 4 days before. She didn’t care when I was trying to explain to her about her mistake she made with the time of the appointment. I felt very offended that I was treated in that way. The receptionist of the clinic is supposed to help people not to offend them in that kind of way. She doesn’t even apologize for the mistake she made.
I came here to register for a family doctor. My appointment was at 12:00, and I waited for 30 minutes but wasn’t seen. I left. This clinic is really small and unprofessional. There were sick people around, not even wearing masks. If you're looking for a good family doctor, this place might not be your best choice.
Receptionist with low quality, lousy and rude customer service. Always cut in while I try to talk or ask questions. I have never experienced such rubbish service ever. Worst part is just cause I called twice, they have blocked or unwilling to answer my call by sending me to mailbox.
I accompanied my spouse to the Medione Walk-in Clinic at Times Avenue and I am impressed with the young doctor, Dr Kim, Doo Young, thoroughness and loving-tenderness in examination and decisive action and referral. A highly recommended Walk-in Clinic.
Receptionist was quick in email response and giving an appointment. Doctor Tong is very knowledgable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this clinic.
