I had a really bad experience at this nail salon. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. My nails weren’t done properly, and when I pointed out the issues (which I have every right to as i am paying for it), the nail tech acted like i was being unreasonable and proceeds to call me crazy for being demanding . Eventually, she did fix the nail, but along side gave unnecessary attitude and called me "hard to deal with." That’s incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for, especially when all i wanted was for the service i paid for to be done correctly. On top of that, I showed them a few very simple designs, and was told they could not do it because they didn’t have the tools or didn’t know how to. Honestly, if a nail salon can’t do basic designs, what’s the point? This nail salon is just filled with disrespectful staff and lack of skill… do not recommend
They doing good service but when they doing pedicure or manicure they talking in Chinese with other staff and laughing,,, it’s feel is uncomfortable. Better they can speak in English with their friends in front of customers.?
everything was ok up until I had to pay, I was asked to tip more than what I wanted to tip which was very unprofessional. I don’t recommend going here at all.
Very poor service and they rush even when there is no other customers. They dont Have many colour choices. They are mostly dried out. Very disappointing. Used to be very good before. Been going there for years. Hope they bounce back with providing better service and have more fresh colours to choose from.
I got a few pedicures here at Graceful nails before but today was my first refill and manicure. Wendy did a great job. She was very patient and did a fantastic job. I wanted my nails short in a square shape. She did it exactly how I wanted it. Thank you Wendy and Graceful nails team.
I never have a problem with them, however when my mom and aunt paid cash, they took $5 and said this is for the tip. They don't ask, it's more like telling. I thought that was very unprofessional. Left a bad feeling for my mom and aunt too. They usually give tip on their own, but when they demand something like that and just take it, it's rude.
I really like how they did my feet clean and nice but when it came to my nails they didn’t do it properly and they need to have more various of colours and need to speak respectful. I would do my feet there but not my hands.
