超满意的美甲体验，必须给美甲师疯狂打call！ 这次做美甲前纠结了好久款式，拿着一堆参考图问东问西，美甲师特别有耐心，不仅仔细分析每种风格和我甲型的适配度，还结合季节推荐了更显白的配色，审美真的在线！ 操作过程特别细致，从修死皮、刻磨甲面到上色、贴装饰，每一步都超认真，边做还会边跟我确认细节，完全不会敷衍。我指甲比较薄，她特意调整了底胶厚度，还叮嘱了后续护理小技巧，特别贴心。 成品比我预期的还要好看！颜色均匀没有刷痕，钻饰贴得又牢又整齐，甲型修得也超显手长。做完后还主动帮我检查有没有需要调整的地方，全程体验感拉满。已经把美甲师推荐给闺蜜了，下次做款式还来！

so unfortunately as some people have mentioned, getting ahold of the store to make an appointment is a bit difficult. I have tried to email, call and message on social media and it didn't seem to work. I ended up visiting the store to get an appointment for the next day. I was able to get the manicure that I love but I didn't realize until I got home that there were uneven bumps on my nails. Its unfortunate because the design was very nice and staff working on my nails was very kind. But for $110, to go through that hassle is not really worth it.
I'll start with a disclaimer that I tend to be very loyal to same artist but unfortunately due to distance I had to part way with my previous artist. I found Unicorn Nail online and thought I'd give it a try based on the high rating. I was assigned to Lulu and my experience with her was absolutely wonderful that I went back every 4 weeks for 3 months. She is personable and skillful. If timing works for you, I would highly recommend her service! However, my experience with the front desk lady was not as pleasant. You cannot ever reach the front desk through the phone. I received a text and was asked to re-schedule. I accommodated but when I tried to reach out to reschedule a week later (still with 4 days until my appointment), there was no way to get hold of her. I called twice and only received messages in return. When I decided to cancel the appointment since timing was not going to work out and messaged them (because that's the only mean you can reach the person), THEN the front desk lady called and tried to retain my business. Sometimes it's about the personal touch in customer service. I'm not anyone who needs to be treated as a VIP. All I wanted is better communication and professionalism. A response in a timely manner would make a huge difference, not getting called out of desperation.
I made an appointment a week before. It was confirmed since I received a text. The day of the appointment comes and even though there was a staff training 3 other women on how to do nails, I was greeted by her and was told the person is coming since I arrived 10 minutes early. 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment, the staff came up to me and asked for my confirmed appointment text; which I showed to her and she proceeded to call someone (I believe the person who was supposed to do my nails). After she got off the phone with her, the no show nailist calls me, and tells me that she was sick, and did not turn on her phone during that time when she got assigned to do my nails. She asked if I was available to come back around 1pm, but I have plans later that day, and couldn't come back. I'm not angry, just disappointed since I was super excited to try this nail salon. The girl working there was super nice though, she tried to offer me some cookie biscuits, and even though I refused them, she left them there for me anyway. They should have a confirmation text for the day before, to give the nailist a reminder. Don't know if I'll come back, maybe in the very far future, but for now no.
I was going to change my newly made manicure fresh style but they quoted me with removing the old one. So I ended only removing it. The girl was nice however there were some glue left on the nail that should have been removed as well. You may find it worth the money but Everyone feels differently.
