Bad music, people smoking weed inside and worsr club i've ever went to
The bottle prices are pretty cheap compare to other night clubs. Customer service is good too. We will go often for sure!.
This place has a nice vibe and crowd.. I had an enjoyable first time until I went a second time. I was there celebrating my friends birthday. Around 1:30 am I walked up to the bar to ask for a glass of water. The female bartender then told me it was $10 for a bottle, I said I would like a glass of tap water. She immediately ignored my request and told me to go to the very other end of the densely crowded bar. Frustrated and thirsty I asked again, she straight out told me no and when I said thats illegal in utter anger she yelled back saying no its not, I legally dont have to serve you water until after 2am I was in such shock at being treated so badly when I had done nothing to be refused service. I then walked away and told one of my male friends what had happened. Within a minute he had approached the same bartender and brought me back a glass of tap water. Never want to bring friends or family to this club just because of that rude girl at the bar. I could have been really drunk and needed water, that is just not right. She probably just wanted a tip for a sale and didnt want to waste time giving me tap water for free. Still unacceptableThe management needs to retrain staff on how to be polite and interact with people properly. Such rudeness and no broughtupsy .
Very impressed with their karaoke room! Good atmosphere, good drinks, good food, and the room even had a bathroom so we didn't have to leave . Once we lost our voices, we opened the door to another party! had a great time!!!
The Atm was not in service, staff at front for cash was unhelpful and unprofessional. Told me to leave my phone in an aggressive tone when I offered to leave my ID. Would rate less than one star for such an unprofessional first line representative service. 100% would not recommend this venue.
