First time going to this place. If you like reggae music then this is the place for you! It's one big floor that has booths situated around the dance floor. Bottle service is pricey like all clubs. Not sure if we were ripped off that night, but we paid around $230-$250 for 1 bottle of barcadi. Entrance fee was $20 bucks and coat check was $3. When I went with a few friends, there wasn't much people. Mind you, there was a windstorm that day. While I wished they also played R&B, I still had a good time!
I went there on Friday July 6 2018. They had a patio party and all i did was ask the women who was at the front why are you charging 20 bucks when there is only 30 mins left before you close. She started to yell at me and then a bouncer who is a white guy with a pony tail came from no where and push me hard to the ground hitting my head on the pavement. That bouncer is a low life. Then the bouncer went and told the cops that i hit him which was a lie. I heard that the security is terrible at this place and now i seen it with my own eyes. I am going to be taking further action towards the security staff and my lawyer will be in touch with this establishment. I will never recommend this place to anyone. That low life security should be fired and never bounce again. I have witness that saw the whole thing and they are willing to testify on this.
They said it is free for ladies before 11, we were waiting in line for more than half an hour and they charged us $30, and when I asked why it is like that their answer was so rude we entered and after one minute staying there we saw that it is not what we expected we decided to leave and they didn't refund us even after talking with management it was literally one minute. They are were so rude.I told the guy who was in charge that do not treat people like that, we are rating your business, he responded "I don't care it is not my business". One of the security guy he pushed one of my friends to inside just because he was holding a drink and went to talk with another friend who was in front of the door, he could just simply say please don't take your drink outside.We are not a trouble maker people, we are treating people with respect and expecting the same in return.Please don't apologies here just because it is online, be respectful to people when they come to your place because they are your guest at the end.
This place and its staff is a disaster! Very rude and disrespectful bouncers & securities! Went there as a group to celebrate my friends birthday...but they treated us like sh**t! We would never ever go back there! They basically ruined our night!The music sucks too! I wish I was able to give no stars!
Once we got past the front doors it was a great place clean good music and friendly staff inside. The security checking IDs outside smelled and was unkempt looking shirt wouldnt fit over his stomach and drinking from diet coke bottle that was a light brown liquid??? The girl searching looked older then my gramma and was so rude she must love her job. Again once we got in the place was great and the bartender he was so friendly with everyone. Drinks where a good price we didnt eat but people said the food was really good. I asked the security inside where the washroom was and he was nice (Spanish I think) we will go again
