They don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, change your doctor without prior notification, they book you without calling you. Never ever go there.
Do you guys have the phones on mute or something Every time I visited here there is always a receptionist so what is the issue with answering calls So annoying, fix this.
We initially saw Dr Abhinav Garg in the NICU at Markham Stouffville and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was so kind and thorough explaining why my son was admitted to the NICU - as a newly 2 day postpartum first time mom I appreciated how kind and gentle he was with my husband and I. He was always readily available to answer questions and so incredibly kind and patient, he is absolutely in the right line of work, we cannot thank him enough for his wonderful care. We had hoped to continue seeing him but no surprise, he's an awesome doctor and he has a full patient load :) So far a great experience with Star kids, appointments are always on time, and staff are helpful. Dr Aung is my son's doctor and so far we've been very happy with our visits. He is patient, knowledgeable and my son responds well to him, super thankful to have a wonderful clinic in Markham.
Today my ten-year-old son had his first appointment at this clinic. I must admit that it was a place that exceeded our expectations. We were very happy with the attention given by the guy at the reception who was very kind, and even Dr. Sriskanda who took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Everyone was very kind and I was happy with this place for children.
Dr. Lisa Gelman is my absolute favourite!! She is so knowledgeable and truly cares for her patients and goes over and beyond. Anyone with her as a family doctor is so lucky!!! Thank you Dr. Gelman!!
Overall, our experience at this clinic has been great. We were apprehensive about the wait times and responsivity to calls at first, but we have had no issues.
My review is 0 stars for the front desk but 5 stars for our paediatrician Dr. Watts and all doctors at this clinic. She is so amazing and the best of the best, she is so attentive, caring and truly treats your children as they are her own. She is the only reason why we are staying at this clinic, all of the doctors overall are all super amazing we have seen a variety of doctors at this clinic and they are so sweet and caring and really are the only reason we are still coming to this clinic. But the front desk staff will make any sane person lose their mind. They really could not care less about their job, after reading all of the reviews I see that I am definitely not alone about my sentiments towards the front desk staff. They are so rude and disrespectful and have NO IDEA on how to do their job. All of them are just so lost and so frustrating to deal with, you will waste hours of your day dealing with them. They say they are putting requests in for you for dermatologists and dieticians and really do NOTHING. Please please replace your front desk staff, or please get them some training on how to do their job and how to interact with other humans… I have a laundry list of examples of how I have no idea how any one of them have jobs doing what they do it’s absolutely ridiculous and super unprofessional.
