Ordered online on Nov 26th, not delivered yet after 6 days.Phone in answering mode, no call back.No email replies after 24 hours, just automated response. Coincidentally, after this review got my phone answered.Got order cancelled, to my relief at last.

No communication. I’ve called, I’ve emailed. No response. No update once I placed my order. Randomly someone called me at 9 pm over a a week later, to tell me my order was going to be dropped off in 10 mins. I wouldn’t order from them again. Disappointment overall.

Great service , fast and well packaged. That was my first post. Now I'm really unhappy with the owner Emily. I left messages and emailed and she ignored them both. My dying dog had to wait for an order that came in late. How considerate is Emily? Poor ownership.

I’ve updated my review- I tried to call them twice, left voicemail. Sent an email. I only received half my paid order and didn’t get get an update about the other half. Didnt hear back but got the other half of my order a few days later. Previous experience: Great service and delivery! Packed with care!Highly recommend. They have a dog food that has been difficult for me to find elsewhere (Honest Kitchen).

I had very bad experience with this company. Ordered big amount of cat food from the company, all the product they sent to me are almost expired. I contacted them, they have no sincerity to resolve this issue and ignored my following email, never replied back.
