Could not find the door, thought it was maybe connected to the pet spa, but it was locked. Maybe call ahead and ask how you get in the store if you really want to visit.
Idk where all of the bad reviews came from, but I got my cat here and she is the best cat ever. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (she kept my pet on hold when I went to take cash, instead of giving it to another potential buyer). The cats were kept in a very humane environment (see video - inside a huge glass door with lot of toys and cat climbing tools) so I am not sure why people are complaining about the cages and poor treatment. They allow guest to interact with the kittens $10 per person which is deductible if you purchased the kitten after. Maybe it’s the grooming that gives the bad review but this place is great if you want to get a kitten of good temper!
I would say those people are very nice. My Coco is 10 years old now. And I do not have too much time to take care of her. One girl called me last time and told me that she will call with to bring coco back to take shower. It is extra work for her and she did call me last week and we made appointment for coco showering today. I will figure out who is the girl and give her a trade next time. Thanks a lot . I could feel that those people they really seemed and love pets?. I could feel that coco is so happy
Don’t bother getting a puppy or kitten from here. They run puppy mills and my puppy I got from here has a genetic disease. And this is because they are inhumane. Buy it from a real breeder that can show you parents genetic testing or you will end up like me. Paying $10,000+ in vet bills. And also search them up on google. They had problems in the past.
My 1yr old poodle went for grooming on 15th July 2022 and came out of wounds due to negligence and inflammation in his private area Cz of low hygiene!! Even if they would do it for Free,DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Friend got dog there. The dog is very healthy with great temper. I am very happy for her. Really recommend.

Full of overpriced puppies and kittens and most are not pure breed. They sale their puppy at very young age. Unfortunately, the puppy that I purchased from them died after 2 month because he was way too young. The store worker will try everything to convince you that it's not their fault and state that if you take care of him better then this shouldn't happen!! I have 2 other dogs, so I know exactly how to take care of the puppy. It's their felt for letting such a young puppy go in the first place. BEWARE!!! you money will be SCAMMED HERE.
I purchased a Pomeranian here 2 years ago and I am glad I did. His temperament is really top notch. He was always responsive and a fast learner ever since he was a puppy. However, the staff was not able to provide papers to prove that he was purebred. Since I was curious, I took a DNA breed test and he was in fact a purebred. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking into purchasing a puppy.
