The whole idea of Little Caesar’s is the Hot n Ready pizza .. if you aren’t serving ready pizza then it’s not worth purchasing. If I wanted a legit pizza and wait 10-15mins I’d go to another business. This place needs to start putting out pizzas or close. I need a better effort from the owner and workers.
Very good pizza and the manager is always super nice and friendly. Everything comes out hot and fresh every time I go. Only small thing is they could be a little more generous with the cheese. Still my go-to spot in Markham when I want fast and tasty.
Who runs a promo and doesn't prepare to serve customers? My order, made online an hour ahead of pick up, was 45 mins late and when I got there, they had no clue when it will be ready. There was no way to cancel the order either, I was 1 hr late to my event. They might as well change the name to "Little Respect Caesars". Not going back there again, cheers and good luck.
Pizza is great but won’t be going back because they are so stingy on the mushrooms . Even when i ask for extra it’s so small in amount . If you’re asking for a topping , you expect it to fill the pizza and not be small and shrivelled. I start going to pizza nova because when I ask for mushrooms they’re larger and full the pizza and the portions of them are larger .
They never have any Hot N’ Readys available. It should be called Not Ready. Anyway, it only took like 7 minutes to make. It’s decent pizza for the price.
This is a review for the Little Caesar's located at 5261 Hwy 7, Markham, ON L3P 1B8. Placed an online order for pickup at this location. We made an honest mistake with the online order and found out about the mistake when we picked up the order. Explained the mistake to the Server who told me there was nothing she could do to help resolve the mistake. Asked to speak to the manager at this location. Both the Server and the Manager at this location were rude and disrespectful with absolutely no intention of helping out. They were only interested in the $$ value of the purchase keeping in mind that fixing my online order would actually be less cash for them. Absolutely terrible behaviour and customer service - this is the last time I will be ordering Little Caesar's pizza.
My Coworker who bought a pizza and he asked for one topping . He ended up getting a hula hawaii pizza. He wanted a normal pineapple pizza. He open the box and there was stuff crust (which wasnt cooked) and also pork on the pizza. My coworker can't eat pork because of his religion. When back to the store to show them the issue. Asked for a refund or another pizza for their mistake. Lady said no we couldn't do that and to take the pizza back. If my coworker ate the pork pizza it's against his religion. Please be a proper way to handle this situation.
