I ordered 2 medium pizzas. First one was great!! Ham and pineapple. Next for my bruschetta and mushroom he added some tomatoes and red onion bits. That is not bruschetta!! Just to make someone else aware that is how they do it here. I will not order it again!!
What happened to pizza? It used to be a hot, delicious, cheesy treat that arrived at your door. Now the delivery man won't show the pizza until you pay. What should you tip? Was the pizza upside down? Is it my pizza? With delivery fee and tip, I paid $50 for a medium pizza and 10 wings. FIFTY DOLLARS. I ordered my pizza "well done" which, in the past meant an extra minute in the oven to brown the crust. Nice! Last night's pizza was simply over cooked or forgotten. What happened to tomato sauce and cheese? Corporate greed? I ordered EXTRA cheese and paid for it but could barely detect regular cheese - and "cheese pull"? - not a cm. What kind of cheese are they using? I added my own mozzarella at home and it looked nothing like what was on my pizza. I had to cut off the crust because it was too tough to chew. I ordered mushroom, onion and green pepper - these vegetables must have been shaved, they were so thin. I wanted to reward myself for a hard day's work - disappointing. + pizza arrived hot + wings were perfect - hot and delicious Can someone recommend a place to order pizza with ample sauce, cheese and toppings ... that doesn't depend on who's in the kitchen? I used to LOVE Pizza Nova ...
I just ordered 2 panzerottis and some chicken wings. Everything was absolutely delicious. The fellow who prepared them did a great job. Thank you so much!
Walked into location at 6050 Highway 7 in Markham ordered a medium walk, paid and sat down to wait. 15 minutes I went to check on my order and they totally forgot to make it. Very disappointing since I am the only customer in store and I get forgotten. No sorry no emotion. Just give me 6-7 minutes
I made a mistake when i first ordered on its website, the customer service is really helpful , they fixed my orders and allowed me to pick it up at another store.
Male employee did not wash his hands after receiving my cash. I told him to please wash his hands. He replies "the pizza is going to cook anyway". I'm very disappointed. I reached out to customer care after I requested my refund at the store from a female coworker. I explained that York region health codes were being violated. Unacceptable disgusting behaviour. Nobody wants to get sick. The company reached out & left a voicemail with an apology. Unfortunately I will never eat at any of their locations ever! If you want a clean location go visit any other pizza restaurants. Take care & God bless.
I was there last week picking up my order i was very impressed with their service and especially the quality of food along with the way they make it is awesome!
