Worst company ever dealt with. Waste of time and wont hear a word from them.
I'd give 0 stars if I could, front desk staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They're the face of your company yet you hire these people to represent you?! Cut your losses and find front desk staff who understands what professionalism means. I'd stay very far away from this brokerage!
Realtor was Philip Ngon-Tim Ng, Not buying houses but was renting a unit. Very unprofessional, pushes for the tenant to pay 5 months' rent altogether. Discriminates tenants and was very rude. Emailed the company about this and they said "because the transaction was not complete the realtor was not at fault" wow thanks now I have to actually sign a lease to actually report an unprofessional realtor under your company? Very uncool
I would give a 0 if I could. The agent was Philip Ngon-Tim Ng. I think i got discriminated by having him say that both me and my guarantor's income are not high enough to meet his standard. I have to either pay him 5 months' rent as deposit, or good luck finding myself other accommodations. I sent a complaint to the company, and they said they've asked Philip, but he didn't FORCE me to pay, and he's just acting on the landlord's behalf, despite the landlord has personally told me she never asked him to do so, and I think that it's just an action he takes to prevent himself from being sued by the landlord if the tenant happens not to pay the rent.
Don't waste your time and effort with this brokerage and its agents. They're extremely unprofessional and shady. The front desk staff are extremely rude and don't know how to do their job properly. We submitted an offer on one of their properties, and they didn't even register our offer when they confirmed it was done? Tim Huang in particular is a sketchy and unprofessional agent who only cares about money in his pocket. I'm pretty sure he breached some rules with RECO regarding our last transaction, and should not be in this industry. If you're looking for real estate services, I highly urge you to bring your business elsewhere, and STAY AWAY FROM TIM HUANG.
