Be AWARE. The worst experience I have ever had with a brokerage.We were not comfortable of signing a Buyer Representation Agreement with one of their agent. However, their agent promised a lot, he was saying he is being selling houses for over 10 years, claiming they have 100% customer satisfication, they have VIP Cancellation Guarentee, we can cancel our agreement with them at any time by just given them a 7 days notice, they have the best real estate system, he would provide us a good school district map etc.Since we are not native tounge, we confirmed with his 3 times for the cancellation. "So, we can cancellation the agreement at any time by just given a 7 days notice? " He replied yes. He even not bothered explaining what he wrote on the Buyer Agreement Cancellation Guarentee to us.After signing the agreement, things started to go wrong. He acts totally different, and denies the services he promised.We addressed the issues we had with him and sent him a cancellation notice, he simply ignored most of my concerns. So, we send him a termination notice 7 days after. However he denied ourr request, asked us to check the agreement, It turns out, what he wrote is different from what he said.I thought for such a big company, the management would be very helpful to solve the simple trap. So we met his manager, and explained the whole story to him. He just emphasis that we signed the contract, and would not let us get out of the contract.We also contacted the owner of the brokerage also the General Manager, unfortunately, it was not helpful. Till this moment we are still not be able to have the agreement solved.We are traped by a total liar.AVOID.

My dad has also signed 1 pre-construction deal with Gencan. Total dollar value on 4 deals about $1.9M!
