A very awful "mall". My partner & I went two Saturdays ago, August 25th, because we thought the Aquarium fish pet shop was opened. We couldn't tell if the mall was in the middle of renovations, or it was just opening, or slowly being torn down. We hope it's going out of business. There's hardly any shops. The odd eatery looks dark, empty, and dirty. Worst of all, at one point I stopped to use the washroom & my partner sat on a chair conveniently placed beside the washrooms. When I came out , a tall, brown skinned security guard yelled at us, saying we weren't allowed to sit in the chair & threatened us; saying there was a camera filming us. I immediately asked him what his problem was, what was it it that we had done wrong. When he insisted I demanded his name and a number to call to complaint, he refused, saying nothing was wrong suddenly. I'll add he was slightly tall, thin build, could have been middle eastern or Filipino, mid thirties to forties, black hair with a slight residing hair line. Just in case anyone happens to bump into this miserable man who think's his security vest allows him to treat people like garbage. Yeah, I'm never going to this mall again. Based on how it looks, it would not surprise me, and I really do hope it is going out of business.

Remington Group is taking steps to revitalize the place. I say good on them. I've seen the same plastic trees from 2 decades ago slowly falling into disarray and caking dust since Zellers and Fortinos closed down, good to see the place is getting a face lift. Looking forward to seeing further improvements in this neighbourhood.

It was a old shopping plaza. However, since the nearby Market Village is rebuilt, they have move the tenants such as banks there. This shopping centre looks much better after renovation, and they more new and relocated stores there. As of Aug 2018, they have cut down a lot of seats in the food court.

Nothing special about this mall. Most people come here for shopping at the Chinese grocery store. This mall is usually very quiet compare to other malls in the area.

Lots of parking, has a popular grocery place which have great prices. The quality aren't the freshest like T&T supermarket but you pay for what you get.Theres also small stores which isn't a big thing for you to stop here and shop. The stor s itself is if you know the owners and just want to pick up whatever you placed an order for.
