Always a pleasure! It is nice to see the community here growing and more properties being constructed, built and more neighbors entering this neighborhood. I hope they keep it safe and peaceful. Maybe it would be nice if they developed more in this area as there is only a couple of banks here, now that HSBC has relocated elsewhere. There is a Longo's nearby and a drive thru KFCin the other mall down the road, but in this area, there is only one CIBC bank and Walmart + a few other smaller retail stores. Keep growing, I'll be back!
Not much there, but the Walmart is always well stocked since not too many people go there.
I really like shopping here. There's not many new developments (yet :/) so the drive is very relaxing with all the farms and open spaces. I shop mainly at Walmart (which has a McDonalds!) and the dollarstore. Both are great stores! This smartcentre also has a salon, nail spa (I might try this place) and a bank. It has a spacious and clean parking lot with priority parking spaces and bus stops. A nice quiet shopping experience away from the usual hustle and bustle.
While they are so building this retail area up, so far it has been impressive. The main reason to come here is for the Walmart. Our main bank also used to be CIBC, so we would also go here for the banking. They've since added a Dollar Tree. We've went in there a few times looking for things that we needed. There's also a haircut place and a dentist. It's only going to get bigger in time.
Never a problem. Nice place to stop when traveling on the 407. Is a bit difficult to get back on the 407 but much easier than other optioned stops.
