I’m very disappointed with the service. I brought in two Alo Yoga trouser pants for hemming. Both were hemmed incorrectly and ended up way too short and right and left side is different length. Additionally, the navy pair was returned with visible dirt on it on the edge of pants. (By the way both of the pants were brand new with tag) I arrived to pick them up at 10am, as instructed, but the store was not even open yet. When I politely mentioned the dirt on the pants, the staff member was annoyed and rude instead of apologetic. For a service that cost “$63” after tax, this level of workmanship and customer service is unacceptable. Unfortunately, my clothes were damaged and not wearable. I would not recommend this place at all.
Fashion Fits saved one of my favourite shirts! I have had this shirt for 10+ years. It had little snags and rips and stains, but I could not let it go. The team at Fashion Fits not only fixed every snag, but also got out every stain (and there were a lot). My shirt is all set for another 10 years! Thank you team! I’ll be back!

The girl who was on the phone with me got angry because I “wasn’t” giving her 5 digits for the ticket number when I WAS. She passed the phone to someone else after yelling at me and the other worker had no problem. I do not tolerate being yelled at especially when I’m right.
Sana did an amazing job on my dress and my husband's suit. My dress was made with special material and was one size bigger. But Sana managed to make it fit perfectly for me.
Had a coat fitted and it turned out fantastic. At first I was uncertain, due to the heavy material of the coat, but the results appear flawless. They do quality work especially if you're clear about your requirements. Definitely recommend paying Mike and his team a visit.
I got an engagement dress altered here and they did a fantastic job. The girl was attentive and gave me great recommendations. It turned out exactly the way I wanted it. Would not hesitate to come back again for any future alterations.
