I bought a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and it was all fatty chicken; the whole bowl was filled with chicken fat. The chicken itself was bland and tasteless. For nearly $18 after tax, couldn't they even spare a little chicken breast? The cashier was incredibly rude.
The loud atmosphere of the mall doesn't reflect the wonderful service provided. The woman who took our order was friendly, funny, and patient with us while we decided on what to get... 4 fresh spring rolls. They tasted great, and I loved the peanut sauce that came with them. Super filling as well. Great job!
Thai Express has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and every visit leaves me completely satisfied! Their food is always fresh and delicious, especially the Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup, with each bite bursting with authentic Thai flavors. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the service is exceptional – the staff are always smiling and quick to respond. I usually love Thai express, but this one was not up to par. Ordered one rice and one noodle dish and both were bland and tasteless, like they seriously skimped out on the usual sauces that give the dishes their flavour.
Worst pad thai ever. Wanted to give an order someone brought back to another customer. Mine was cold and meat tasted like almost rotten. Not up to other thai Express standards. Meats are precooked then reheated. Using pre cooked beef doesn't make sense. It is the quickest meat to cook, why not cook from raw?
Never coming back to this Thai Express location again. Not worth my 10 dollars what so ever, I completely regret it because I could of got something that actually taste better. Ordered the pad sew and it was absolutely horrible
I strongly recommend this place if your hungry for asian food. It's a unique chain and think it can go far in the industry (if they lower their prices)
