Dishonest and Disrespectful – Avoid This Tire Shop I went in to buy “new” tires and was told they were only 6 months old. After installation, I checked the DOT code and discovered they were actually made in week 48 of 2022 on one and week 50 of 2022 on the other — 2.5 years old at the time of sale. This is deceptive and unacceptable. When I raised the issue, the employee’s response was, “Don’t do business with us again.” That’s not just unprofessional — it’s insulting to a paying customer. Selling old stock as “new” without disclosure is misleading. Telling customers to never come back instead of fixing the problem shows exactly how little they value honesty, safety, or service. If you care about transparency, safety, and being treated with basic respect, stay far away from this place.
Fair price and professional service. Got my valve cap seized up, couldn’t take it off myself at all. They magically got it off so I can save myself one pair of wheels.
It is hard to find a good balancer nowadays. Tire23 is one of them. They have one of the best road force balancer in this area. But even better, they know how to do it right by listening to my need and concern, spending time and effort to find tune the spec and explaining back to me what they have improved in detail. Last but not least, they even provide a report for the final result. I really appreciate the detail oriented approach and transparency. And you guess what, my car is back to its smoothness at highway speed. Shops are charging premium price for road force balancing nowadays. But very few of them are able to dive into detail and fine tune every wheel. Tire23 can. Please try if you also bothered with wheel vibration. It is worth the price
VERY HONEST !!! I had a flat tire so I went to a Mr Lube(7709 Markham Rd) where they told me that I would have to replace the flat tyre with a new one; and that the new one would cost me around $320. So when initially approached Tires 23, I was expecting something similar. But instead they just repaired the flat and the whole thing was done for $55.
These guys are honest helped me with road force balancing. I had 2 different shops to check balance since I noticed steering wheel shake above 80km/h these guys found the problem and fixed it all under an hour, also installed a new tpms on one of wheels no extra charge.
Great pricing. I spoke to Kelvin took down my order as was very accurate with lead times. I didn't give it full marks because it doesn't have a shop for tire service at the Markham location. So you would have to go elsewhere for the install. This location is retail store only. I would come back here again to buy other products. Updated to 5 stars: service is great as usual and their Heritage location has tire install service as well as oil change.
