I’ve been eyeing these adorable Labubu plush toys for a while, and let me tell you—if you haven’t seen them in person, they’re even cuter than you can imagine! I picked up a couple at Mindzai Toy Shop for my kids, and they’ve been obsessed ever since. Labubu is all about the cutest, softest, most lovable little characters, and these plush toys are no exception. My 4-year-old loves how squishy they are, and my 6-year-old’s been using them as “best friends” during their make-believe games. Customer service is 10/10. You can also buy labubu’s and choose which one you want if you don’t want a blind box (it is a little extra money), I think that is an awesome option
Received a fake/ non authentic Kuromi figure in my online order. Was not offered a full refund only 10% off. Was told that all Market Place items are reviewed before selling and are only reputable sellers, but my item must have been scanned over quickly. The paint application is horrible, scepter does not fit and the base is not balanced. No “Sanrio” or “Kuromi” trade marks anywhere on the figure. No rosettes on ear tips. Colors are not correct on crown and scepter. Very good communication up until I told them the figure was not authentic once it arrived. Followed up many times through email and eventually ignored, hence coming here to give my review. I have included an image the figure I received and then the Top Toy official imagery of the figure. So just be wary that not all items are authentic like they claim.
Probably the best customer service. There was a little mix up but I was able to contact Mindzai and zi got a prompt response. Not only did the staff help but I was given an opportunity to add to my order and get some really great stuff. It's always been a good shopping experience with Mindzai. Thanks for being awesome!
I’m so glad I found this store! I’d been looking everywhere for a Labubu for my daughter and finally found some in stock that wasn’t asking crazy prices! Always extremely happy with my orders from Mindzai. I've done preorders, regular orders and marketplace orders. They are extremely reliable, especially now with the horror stories of fake Labubus it's nice to know what stores are reliable. If you're on the hunt for designer vinyl toys in the GTA, this store is absolutely worth the drive! They boast an impressive variety of brands, with my personal favorite being POP MART. From blind boxes to blister packs, their selection left me truly impressed. Even though they didn't have POP BEAN, the sheer range of products made up for it, despite it's small size. Plus, the store is attached to an arcade—talk about a bonus! You can indulge your inner child while shopping, and the staff are incredibly nice and friendly, making the experience even better. They even have an online store if you cannot find what you are looking for. Located in a bustling plaza filled with fantastic food and drink options, you can easily turn your visit into a full-day outing. There's so much to explore—you definitely won't be bored. Just a heads-up: the parking situation is a bit wild. I embarrassingly drove over a curb due to the tight spaces, and I really hope my car is okay! Another reviewer mentioned there's underground parking, but it wasn't immediately noticeable to me. If you're planning a visit, keep an eye out for it to save yourself some parking woes. Overall, if you're passionate about vinyl toys or just looking for a fun place to spend some time, this spot should be at the top of your list!
