Our family had an amazing experience booking our umrah package with AlHabib Travel, sponsored through Al Noor Academy. We were provided with all the trip and baggage details in advance and we were able to reach out to Al Noor Academy for any other questions. During the trip, Al Habib travel accommodated for our family with two small children during ziarat in Egypt and Saui Arabia as well as preferred umrah time periods as well as guided tours in Makkah explaining the significance of various islamic sacred sites. They also shared knowledge of closeby shops for souvenirs a d ensured our stay in hotels was comfortable and convenient. Furthermore, our children's experience was also enrinched by having their Qur'an class in the holy city of Makkah through Al Noor Academy. We will definitely be looking forward to booking our future umrah/hajj trip with Al Habib Travel.
Alhamdulillah We just arrived back home from Umrah with Habib Travels . One of the very smooth and great experience I had . Everything was so organized and Brother Ahmed and Sister Samina Hashmi were such a great help. They were always there to help us when we needed. InshaAllah whenever I go I will choose Habib Travels .
#Hajj2025: With grace of God, I performed Hajj in 2025, and I chose Alhabib Travel - as my friend highly recommended them. I had not performed Umrah or Hajj before, and to be honest I was bit nervous and worried, about guidance and experience. Shahzad bhai (the owner) from the very first meeting gave me encouragement and confidence that I will get both guidance and best experience. I am so happy that I chose Alhabib, because Alhamdolilah I performed my Hajj and had experience of a lifetime. I would highly recommend Alhabib - because for Shahzad bhai every Hajji is a "guest of Allah(SWT)" and this is not just a business for him, but rather it is an act of service - and I experienced it first hand.

The travel arrangements were very high quality and the organizers are incredibly thoughtful and helpful. I would highly recommend them and they will be my go to choice for any future travel plans.
Alhamdulilah I have blessed Hajj 2024 with Alhabib travel. Overall experience was very good. Whatever was promised by our host (Shahzad bhai) we have received. He has arranged lot of extra things which was not promised when we have baught hajj package. I have never seen any better group planner for hajj and umrah package than Alhabib travel. During the whole time we have spiritual leader Molana Moaz with a group for relegious guidance and Hajj matters. Thanks Alhabib travel. Keep doing great work ?
We had a horrible experience traveling for Umrah with Al Habib Travel from December 22, 2022 to January 2nd, 2023. If I could give negative stars, I would. They literally lied every step of the way. Starting at Pearson Airport, they had no representative who was traveling with the group. Their group booking placed my family all over the plane, which I have not experienced traveling with other travel agencies like Falcon or Dar El Salam. When asked about this, Shahzad said it was the airline’s fault and that he couldn’t do anything. The role of a travel agency is to ensure comfort of its clients, Al Habib Travel was far from professional. We flew Cairo to Madinah and were promised Jummah at Masjid Al Nabawai, but upon our arrival in Madinah we were told to go pray at the airport Mosque. We then waited for 2 hours before we boarded the bus because our check-in time for the hotel was 4pm. We arrived at the hotel which was supposedly a 5-star hotel (it was actually -1 star best). Dirty sheets, smelly room, broken washroom fixtures. We were a family of 5 that paid for five people and they gave us a room for 4 and said just to accommodate. After much pushing back from my parents they moved us to a different -1star hotel, which had 5 beds but 2 bath towels. We kept asking that we needed more towels, but didn't receive any, 48 hours in, we just gave up and got our own room for the next two days that ended up costing us another 1000 USD. The disorganization of Al Habib continued when we arrived in Makkah. Prior to booking, we made it very clear that we will travel via train due to an injury that one of our family members has, therefore we will arrive in Makkah prior to the group, and would like to check-in right way and then head for our Umrah. We were promised that someone will be there to receive us but low and behold this individual is not in sight, and kept lying that he was there just minutes ago. It took us 3 hours to check-in because the booking was not in our name. Shahzad again blames the hotel because of course nothing is his fault. Again the room is for four people and not for five. We try to contact Shahzad and he is not responsive. We again had to upgrade the room to accommodate all of our family which cost another 1400 USD. Anytime anyone complained in the group chat they made it admin only and deleted the messages that weren't to their liking. There was also misogynistic and chauvinist behavior from Shahzad and his dad towards any female that was speaking up. If you have educated wife's or daughters/sisters with a mind of their own, I again recommend not to go with them as they will make them feel horrible for speaking up against their constant lies. Their prices are not even competitive. We only went with them because we thought going with a smaller group could be a much more wholesome experience….it was not. Do not consider them for any travel and save yourself the hassle of interacting with this extremely unprofessional man.
