i am now in a trip from Montreal to Toronto bus 65. suddenly the AC stopped in the bus and the passengers are suffering from the heat inside the bus. a very bad experience with this company.
Just returned from a 12 day tour of China. I would not recommend. Everything was so rushed and the travel arrangements were not 5 star as advertised, the food in particular was dismal and inferior. We ended up eating at places we chose. Very disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for. Guides English was poor at best which made communication challenging. Itinerary was good, maybe with a different tour operator.
Being customer who took their package for 3 days trip to Canada east. I would recommend this to anyone if they ask me for travel options.Couple of times you may feel the time given to see is less but yes considering its travel we need to acknowledge the plan.The guide for our tour was Jia and I am very happy to say that trip wouldn't have been pleasant if she was not the one.She managed it very well and ensured things were smooth for all.Food is individual choice but as far trip goes I am glad to have chosen this.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUEMy mom had booked a tour with this company as we have some friends coming from another country. we originally booked the tour early, before it was fully booked with the anticipation that it would fill up by the time the tour started. They claim that it did not fill up so we asked for a refund in order to book a different tour. They refused to return the funds until we threatened to get legal counsel involved, where they gave us a cheque. Now, a week later, we received a note from the bank stating that the account where the cheque was to come from has been frozen. Legal counsel has been sought. Update to come.
We just got back from our 14 night Chine tour. I thought it was very well organized, yes it was intense but that's why we saw so much. I will travel with Sinorama again. Great value for the price. Thank you :)
